The best poutine is made with real curd cheese. They even make some with bacon, onions, fried hamburger, and various other toppings.

they began to sell squeaky cheese here awhile ago. they have 2 kinds- both cheddar. i have bought a few times. gotta make fries & gravy. there is a teensy restaurant, none too far away, that is infamous fer fries/gravy. in fact, that is a request as soon as i get nearby that palce. TY!

i rang my market's cheese monger. they have a Canadian cheese curd. there is some in my fridge. i'm way too sleepy to look.

I'll admit that I don't eat it that often due mainly to a lactose intolerance so I try to limit my cheese intake.
