SOLD! - WTS 1993 Track Van

SOLD!!! NO LONGER AVAILABLE

WTS a retired Yellowstone Park Chevy track van. The van runs great is a 350 c.i. and automatic transmission with all chevy running gear up to the tracks. Van is also equipped with a handicap wheelchair lift in the back, that works well for loading heavy cargo into the van. I bought the van to access a remote cabin, but it doesn't have enough track to keep from spinning on steeper grades. I am asking 12,500 for the van or trade for a snowcat that will provide access to my cabin. thanks for looking. Van is located in Livingston, Montana

Just thinking out loud here but would wider tracks have worked better for that van?

Yes, I believe they would. I have studied the track undercarriage and I could get another 6 to 8 inches wider without modifying the framework. I was worried that wider tracks may adversely effect the steering and then of course, locating a wider track. I may still do something like that if it doen't sell. I believe the tracks are bombardier. thanks for visiting

This van is currently on ebay motors listed under "other" It is a no reserve auction and has a bid for less than half of what I started out at. Long story short it will have a new owner on Thursday. Thanks :wow:
