The problem is you guys do not get the real joke in the picture.
Take a close look. She is blonde. She put the note on her own head so she can remember her name in the morning when she looks in the mirror, only she didn't realize that the mirror will reverse the image and she will be even more confused and will presume she is still drunk from the night before!

By morning he did not need to remember her name anymore....
It's old news not required anymore for most of us, but you maybe the exception to that and want to know her name and remember the night.
