ST4 starting problem

I was wondering why my restoration in process 58 ST4 was a little difficult to keep the starter cranking. :doh:

This one has a 62 1200 standard VW factory rebuilt engine, not the original industrial. It will get the 1600 dual port removed from the friction drive.

I am going to guess that the starter nose bushing might need some attention while you are fixing that.. ;)
