Great Work Out Songs

Every morning before work, I either go running or work out in the weight room. My ipod is always with me and I find that some music is better than others for a work out. This is one of the best songs to run to (or for sports events).

This is a cool thread Bone!
Right now the only things I do to keep in shape is fast walking (30 minutes at a rapid pace, or swimming at the Y... laps in the pool, I try to do around 10 without stopping, so there's no music involved).
I think if the pool had a loud speaker, or I had an iPod with me while walking, I'd probably listen to something like these..

My Chemical Romance "Welcome to the Black Parade"
Robert Randolph and the Family Band "Live at the Wetlands"
Pan!c at the Disco "A Fever you Can't sweat Out"
Fall out Boy "Infinity on High"
Say Anything "Was a Real Boy" & "Is a Real Boy"

I could go on and on, but because I am afraid of being ridiculed for my taste in music, I won't :blush:

It is a GREAT mix!! I just didn't think people would like it because I have posted before about concerts that I have been to and some members don't know the bands. Robert Randolph is one that everyone should check out if you don't know the band already. I went to one of their concerts on a whim a couple years ago and fell in love instantly!! I even got Doc and Abby to like 'em too!!! :D

I don't share you appreciation for this type of music, but if anyone ridicules you for your choices, I got your back!! This forum is for free expression withiout fear of ridicule..As long as you don't mean to offend anyone. Anyone correct me if I am wrong..
