The wheel assemblis are articulated and each is on its own 'arm' type assembly that allow it to do some amazing things.

Quite a contraption.

But makes me wonder if only 2HP at each wheel might feel a wee bit underpowered.

Also wonder what the range is on a full charge.

No, I'm pretty certain that thing is domestic home-built. I've read about it and seen pics before. The license plate is US, the trucks are Chevy's, and the guys are speaking 'merican.
