Is this a good idea. I never heard of it before.
Will they balance?? It would be on a single axle travel trailer about 20 ft.

I am not an expert but have had some tires foam filled on my cat and tractor. I forget the exact number but they said not to take them over a low speed like 20mph. I don't think they can be balanced and shouldn't be used on the road.

And they would also be hard on the springs while shaking the tlr to pieces. Just get some good D range radials and forget about it.
