Great idea, but I question if the little Bug has enough power to pull ANY size trailer on anything other than FLAT ground. But the concept is awesome, the execution seems excellent, I wonder if they did something to increase the power output.

That looks like a pretty light trailer. If only the roof was supporting it I would worry about flexing over time.

The primary weight mass is over the trailer's wheels, which very well could be the center of gravity for the trailer, thus reducing the loading on the bug. It's actually quite clever for the budget minded camper.

360 degree turns with a trailer. Ingenious. Very kewl concept. While I agree a VW might be a little weak for the challenge the current 6 cyl cars could handle it with no problem I'd guess. Many have a truck primarily for towing their trailers ...this could change that if the concept catches on.
