A former federal prosecutor has sued President Obama, the founders of Black Lives Matter, Al Sharpton, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and former US Attorney General Eric Holder for inciting a race war that led to the fatal Dallas police shootings.

The federal class action lawsuit, filed Saturday in Dallas, accuses the defendants of aiding and abetting murder, terrorist promotion of gang activity and civil rights violations of law enforcement officers. It seeks damages of more than $2 billion.

“These (defendants) have incited violence and in fact have a direct link to what happened in Dallas,” said Larry Klayman, who worked in the Department of Justice during the Reagan administration and later founded the conservative advocacy groups Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. “I hope that law enforcement in Dallas and around the nation will join our class action, it’s a peaceful legal means to fight this. We’ve had it. People are finally starting to speak out.”

“The defendants…have publicly incited people to violence with the fiction that police officers and other law enforcement are intentionally and systematically targeting and hunting blacks and other minorities to kill them for no reason other than racism or sport,” the complaint said.

Defendants have called for a civil war targeting police officers of all races “for immediate violence and severe bodily injury or death in response to that non-existent and fictitious threat…Defendants are encouraging disaffected blacks and black Muslims to ignore, disrespect and assault law enforcement officials, and commit violence and lethal force,” the complaint said.

The 52-page complaint chronicles detailed accusations against each defendant including:

--Obama and Holder met many times with Sharpton, president of the National Action Network, and leaders of Black Lives Matter over plans to change government policies regarding police officers. Obama made the statement, “There’s a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos of being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately” and the pair “incited and inflamed violent crowds into committing arson, looting, destruction of property and assaults on police officers based on the idea that the nation’s police officers are intentionally and systematically targeting, hunting and killing blacks” without admitting that most police are responding to incidents from 911 calls, regardless of race.

--Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam. He called for active duty black military members to come home and lead a national insurrection against society. In 2014, he spoke to a crowd of 2,000 calling for revenge in Ferguson, Missouri for the police shooting of Michael Brown. A year later he told a Florida church to “stalk them and kill them” pertaining to Jews and Caucasians as a “400-year-old enemy.”

--Black Lives Matter leaders Rashad Turner, Opal Tometi, Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza and DeRay McKesson inflamed racial tensions after Ferguson to the point that Texas sheriff’s deputy Darren Goforth was murdered at a gas station by a black man in 2015. Several days later, BLM led a march in St. Paul, chanting “Pigs in a blanket, fry ‘em like bacon.” The defendants have appeared on radio asking for followers to “turn the tide and kill white people and cops to send a message.”

It was very appropriate that on Friday, the day after the massacre of five Dallas police officers, The New York Times devoted nearly the whole top half of its front page to four enormous photos of the death of Philando Castile, a black motorist killed by a Minnesota police officer.

Of course, the paper was printed prior to the Dallas murders; and even The New York Times might not have so prominently featured the Minnesota killing on its front page had the Dallas murders occurred a few hours earlier.

Nevertheless, it was completely appropriate. The New York Times has been in the forefront of the left’s hysterical, hate-filled attacks on police officers and whites.

Also appropriately, on the day of the Dallas murders, the Times published two white-hating, police-hating pieces.

One was by Michael Eric Dyson, a radical black professor of sociology at Georgetown University.

The Dyson column is nothing more than a racist hit piece on “white America.”

An example:
“At birth, (whites) are given a pair of binoculars … Those binoculars are privilege; they are status, regardless of your class. In fact the greatest privilege that exists is for white folk to get stopped by a cop and not end up dead when the encounter is over.”
Dyson wrote these words based on the police killings of two blacks last week, about which he knows nothing except the narrative of the (left-wing) media and what he has seen on some grainy phone videos.

And not once does Professor Dyson mention that the Minnesota police officer was Latino. Why would he? That would suggest that Latinos, too, are given racist binoculars at birth. But Dyson would never say so, because it is white America he loathes.

Nor does he note, or perhaps even know — because of his left-wing binoculars — facts such as these:

In 2015, of the 990 people shot dead by police, 93 were unarmed and 38 of them were black. Of the 505 people shot dead by police thus far in 2016, 37 were unarmed and of them 13 were black. Given that blacks murder and rob more than whites — they committed 62 percent of robberies, 57 percent of murders and 45 percent of assaults in the 75 biggest counties in the country in 2009 (despite comprising about 15 percent of the population in these counties) — an unarmed black is less likely to be killed by police than an unarmed white.

Does Dyson, a professor of sociology, not know these statistics? Does he not know that, statistically, whites have more reason to fear being murdered by a black than vice versa? If he doesn’t, he shouldn’t be teaching sociology. If he does, students should be aware that he is a left-wing, black nationalist propagandist, not a teacher.

The same day the Times published Dyson’s piece, it published a second anti-white, anti-cop, hate-America piece by the mother of Michael Brown, the young black man killed in Ferguson, Missouri. That black grand jurors and even Obama’s Department of Justice found the policeman who killed Brown was acting in self-defense after being attacked and thus justified him in doing so means nothing to The New York Times. So it published the grieving mother’s anti-cop hate.

The blacks and whites of the left have led much of America, especially black America, to believe that cops are generally racist, that there is “systemic” racism and that whites are privileged and racist. It’s all a lie that has had — and will continue to have — murderous consequences.

America has become the least racist multiracial, multiethnic country in world history.

This drives the America-hating left crazy. That’s why leftists manufacture fantasies like “microaggressions” — non-racist statements that the left labels racist, foolishness like “white privilege” and the dangerous rhetoric of “Blacks Lives Matter.”
Just yesterday The New York Times published the results of a study conducted by a black Harvard professor of economics that shows that “when it comes to the most lethal form of force — police shootings — the study finds no racial bias.”

“It is the most surprising result of my career,” said Roland G. Fryer Jr., the author of the study.

One assumes that this Harvard professor has never read Heather Mac Donald or any other conservatives who have been writing this for years.

The New York Times — as the flagship publication of the left — and the rest of the left have the blood of police on their hands. And not just cops’ blood — the blood of the blacks murdered because of police reticence to vigorously patrol black areas. What is known as the “Ferguson effect” was created entirely by the left.

Freedom of speech even if they are idiots & if not we have you know who & the FBI seems to dance to her tune . . .

Did you guys hear about the black guy in Tennessee going on a shooting rampange against whites because of the police shooting blacks?

While I doubt the class action lawsuit has a chance, it is right on. I also think the media should be included with it. They choose what stories to air. They air the ones of black criminals who are shot by police. Somehow most do not air this story. Curious isn't it?

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation: Black Man Fired at Police Officers on Highway

BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) — A man accused of shooting indiscriminately at passing cars and police on a Tennessee highway told investigators he was angry about police violence against African-Americans, authorities said Friday.

One woman died and three others, including one police officer, were injured in the rampage.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a news release that initial conversations with the suspect, 37-year-old Lakeem Keon Scott, revealed he was troubled by several incidents across the U.S.

Scott, who is black, was wounded in the shootout with police, remains hospitalized and has not yet been charged. All those shot were white, police confirmed.

The announcement comes just hours after 12 officers were shot at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas by a man who police say declared he was angry about police shootings of black men and wanted to exterminate whites. Five of the officers died.

The shooting spree in Tennessee began around 2:20 a.m. Thursday.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation alleges Scott – armed with an assault rifle, a pistol and a large amount of ammunition – fired shots through the window of the Days Inn on Volunteer Parkway.

The front desk clerk, Deborah Watts, was struck and injured. Days Inn owner Kiran Patel said he awoke to the sound of gunfire. His wife called the front desk to see what happened, Watts answered and said she’d been shot. She remains in the hospital in serious but stable condition.

The gunman then turned his fire to cars passing on the highway, investigators say.

Newspaper carrier Jennifer Rooney, a 44-year-old mother of two, was on her way to pick up papers for the morning delivery when a bullet struck her. The Bristol Herald-Courier reported that her car careened over a median and crashed through a chain link fence.

David Whitman Davis was also injured by flying glass from the gunfire, the TBI said.

Three officers with the Bristol Tennessee Police Department arrived and confronted Scott, who fired on them.

Office Matthew Cousins was hit in the leg. He was treated for superficial injuries and released.

Scott was stuck by the officers returning fire. He remains in the hospital in serious but stable condition.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the investigation is ongoing as they work to understand the shooter’s motive.
