I finally got this project done with big help from a friend. He had recently done his trailer and offered up his heated garage to get er done. Together we made short work of it.
Saturday we tore off the 2 layers of old deck (I had put plywood over top of the original floor as a band aide. It worked longer than I expected but was in dire need of being replaced). Sanded and power washed. End day 1. Sunday, day 2, removed wheels and painted ...wheels off to get inside the wheel wells. Monday, day 3 ..put wheels back on, touched up hard to reach places with spray paint and put new deck on. Wa La ...all done (except for new lights to be installed later).
Looks like a new trailer but it's 20 years old. A big thanks to Jim W. who led the way on this project, and is in all the pics working while I took pics. Otherwise ...I did work. Honest.
