Water conditioner charcoal

My water conditioner has a charcoal tank.

Instead of sending it out to get the charcoal replaced, I was thinking of doing it myself.

Anyone know where to get the appropriate type of charcoal for it?

It's a Rainsoft system if that makes a difference.

Sears used to sell the replacement to re-charge there units. Don't know if they still do. There was a fellow on the "other" site that sold water conditioners, but I don't know if he is still around. The water softener beads are made by Romm & Hass. It is called Ion 120. Junk....
