I don’t think he did it. Prosecutorial overreach similar to todays ongoing situation. Bush should have pardoned him.

I think Trump was advised to pull something out of his presidential bag of tricks and here we go.
I'll be frank and honest, Scooter has my RESPECT. He stood by his principles even when threatened with prison.
He was framed by a witness that later recanted her testimony.

I agree and will go so far as to suggest he was the scapegoat for VP Cheney.
