We all know the answer to that. 
18 USC 2381 - Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Persons openly meeting the above definition on multiple occasions :
John Kerry
Hillary Rodham Clinton
Barack Hussein Obama
There is absolute, incontrovertible proof of the guilt of all of the above named persons. It's too bad that all of them are held above the laws that (are supposed to) apply to all U.S. citizens. I'd be willing to serve on the firing squad for any of them at any time. That is especially the case with Hanoi John Kerry, who branded me a War Criminal when speaking before Congress. He is more contemptible than his non-genetic twin Hanoi Jane Fonda, may they both rot in Hell!
