Crew cab IMP design

Messing around last night after dinner with the proportions of what could be our next build. A few of the things I felt could be improved on were a full width bench seat in the back and more glass. Standing the windshield up half of the angle of original and adding 6" to the roof height for more headroom, more glass, and more visibility for back seat passengers. I have always liked the front of the Sprytes with the windshield more straight up. This drawing is somewhat to scale +/- a few inches. This design will allow a 25" long bed area.

Soft cabs also work but I like the hard cabs better

I say go for it----here are some pics of my m29 weasel when I got it --we called it the choo choo train---and it was a real trip to drive sitting over the rear end---sitting over the frt. is way easier to drive in the woods---lol----the blue was after building the new cab and a guy that I painted his fleet of trucks and trailers gave me the paint---I hated the blue---so over the next summer it went yellow---another mistake was making the doors open forward ---one sunny winter day I took the doors off and put them on a tree on the side of the trail----when the sun went down I froze my ass off getting back to them---so hindges got moved back so I could pin them back---sorry for the pics. they are a pic. of the pic.----the m29 was a great machine---could not even guess how many miles it groomed for my clubs and 2 clubs next to r club when they were broke down----it was like a space ship--I had a backup system for every system in it---never had to pull the sled off the drag to get home---tomorrow ill post pics. of the first pb in the usa after i gave it a face lift

really if you think about it the bed only collects snow and beer cans--so if your going to rebuild make it a four door or more--I will be building a new cab for my sv-200 this summer but iam sticking with the 2 door---all of my shop trucks are 2 door cabs only---iam amazed at how much crap I can get behind my seats---so no extended cabs for me---I have a 4 door geo tracker on mattracks and when we go out and party in it and do some bar hopping ---I end up with gloves /hats /beer cans /ect---hell one time we ended up with a guy in it that we really dont remember where we got him lol :yum:
