Gone But Not Forgotten
Rumor has it this was found in the parking lot. And it does seem kind of suspicious as there was not change or how was the change handled? Or is is like a debit card? They sure like Diet Mountain Dew. Could be good advertisement for the Dew Company.

EBT works like a debit card, no cash return. In our area, the stores are required to deduct local sales tax.
