Hydraulic circut

How does this hydraulic circuit work? The big hose should be supply from the pump. The two smaller lines should go top each of the steering cylinders. Where's the return to the tank?

The big hose is return to tank. the other two each go to your steering cylinders
when you pull the lever it will build up pressure on the side you are pulling and send it to the respective cylinder. in front of what you show there of course is a hydraulic pump then a 50/50 splitter then a pressure relief valve
the pressure down the two small lines is just static once it pushes the cylinder out it will just bypass the relief till you open up the lever again
