Yes, I bought it, just returned, 1200 miles in 2 days. I bought it for the rear turn table and possibly a few other parts. My 542CF uses a standard rigid rear turntable in the front and pivoting one in the rear, opposite of most Tuckers (at least to my knowledge). The front turntable on mine had been broken at one time and welded back together and reinforced. Just thought since I am doing a complete restore it would be good to put a better turntable under the front. Luckily this frame is from a 542 also (but not cab forward) so it has the heavier axles and other components that can be used as spares for mine. The story behind the cat is: Rocky had bought it 25 or so years ago when he lived in St Maries Idaho, he had a wrecking yard there. The cat did not have pontoons when he purchased it, it had skinny tires. He put the heavier tires on it and dualled them up and added a pole hoist to it and used it around his wreaking yard to lift and move things. Eventually he needed an engine for his dump truck and put the engine from the Tucker into the truck, he said it was a 283. For the cab, he said he was lifting something over the cab, not sure what he was doing, but the hydraulics failed on the loader and it fell onto the cat and crushed the cab, so he cut it off and tossed most of it. He did keep the dash, which still has the wiper motors, which is good, because I need at least one of those also. I paid $1000 for it and have about $300 in fuel, so I have a new to me (used) turn table, a couple of wiper motors, and maybe a few other parts for that money. I am sure I will use several other parts so I feel it was worth it, where else can you buy a cast aluminum Tucker turntable? Once I am done restoring the 542CF I may sell some of the remaining parts that I do not think I will need. There are two items that did not come with my purchase, the radiator and the gas tank, he has both. He tried to sell the radiator to me for $200, I considered it, but I do not need it and it is different than the one I have. He is going to put it in a hot rod he is making, so if someone needs or whats it they should call him ASAP and get it tied up before he modifies it. I took a couple pictures of it if any one wants them. The fuel tank is on a trailer mounted generator unit he built, one might be able to talk him out of it, or buy the entire generator trailer unit, strip the tank off and resell the generator. This is also for sale, but I did not get a price, I also have a couple pictures of it if anyone wants them. Rocky is a disabled vet, not much use of his right arm, he is a very nice man, and I felt he is very honest. Since I was there I also bought a small yard tractor from him for a neighbor of mine, tried to maximize the load since it was such a long haul for a weekend. I also was able to stop in Spokane, visit some family, then go to a marine shop and buy two sheets of marine grade plywood (3/4") thick for the bed of the 542CF. Not much marine grade plywood in my town.

When an artist has a vision, the unnecessary bits go on skids and the project takes on an identity all its own.
He was making a BIG foot truck, a tucker steering is genius for that type of use.

I love the fill the trailer quote. I figured the balance of the machine was around. If you dont need the pump bracket. I will offset your expenses a bit more. the pump I have I just need the bracket.

Redsqwrl must be up early enjoying the spring weather and beat me to the punch... I would also buy the bracket but with the pump. I need it for this project with no engine/trans....It needs to get completed or go down the road!

Let me think about the pump and bracket. Once I get things unloaded I will look them over, take some pictures and decide if I need them.
