Replacing the 24v wiper motor was the last task to completely convert my ex-military machine over to 12v. I found a source for an inexpensive 12v wiper motor to replace the existing one. The nuts/bolts/studs are the same thread, and the spacing is identical so no need to drill more holes in the firewall to mount. The only modification I had to make was to saw off about a quarter inch from the end of each of the 3 mounting posts so the crank arm would clear the mounting bold heads. It's nice to have wipers again! I was getting real tired of having to tell my wife to get out and brush off the windshield
