Restaurant NOT in your town

I'll be going to SALTWATER COWBOYS in St Augustine Beach next week. Not the greatest restaurant in the world, but a fun place to go with pretty good food, overlooking a saltwater marsh on the intercostal waterway. The food is good enough and the experience is nice enough that we go there almost every year.

I would be pretty amazed that a fisherman would stop fishing to deliver a catch so that it could get to an airplane in time to be flown to Seattle for dinner. Maybe NEXT day, but I really would be shocked at same-day. I have a nephew on a friend's boat fishing the Copper River this summer. I'm pretty sure they are on the river all day until ''closing time'', then they return to drop off their catch........
