PHILADELPHIA—Federal energy officials say the potential closure of a Philadelphia refinery could lead to gas price spikes in some parts of the northeastern United States. Monday's report from the U.S. Energy Information Administration says uncertainty surrounds the proposed closure of Sunoco's refinery in South Philadelphia. The company says it will close the refinery in June if it can't find a buyer.
