If you cannot find real ones there is a substitute available. Pneumatic rubber hand trucks use a tire that is the same size. They are designed for heavy loads, use the same size inner tubes. They are easily attainable through hardware suppliers, moving suppliers, warehouse suppliers. The main difference is they will have some sort of tire tread. If I recall correctly a 10 x 4 tire will fit correctly.
