Some great friends had a beautiful baby girl just 2 months ago. Sadly, yesterday she was found dead in her crib. So sad.

Guessing SIDs, ADA Crib Death. This is a great family. They boat with us every year and looked forward to getting a boat of their own. Such good folks, this is so hard to swallow.

The family had not signed her up on their insurance policy because they had yet to receive her social security card in the mail. (I had no idea that now days the parents have to apply for the social securty number for their baby before the baby can leave the hospital.)

So no insurance coverage adds to the burden of the grieving family.

Plus another friend set up an account at a local bank to accept donations for the family.

They asked me to set up a web page they could link to to put the info out to all via facebook and twitter ....so I created:

If anyone can spare some cash to help out this grieving family I know it would be greatly appreciated by all.
