outside air temp gauge suggestions

i'm wanting a outside air temp gauge for my pb . has anyone seen a good one that will work?

Well, I don't have a snowcat but how about a freezer thermometer?

I use these as it has the sensor wired and remote (so I don't have to open the freezer to see the temp)

I bought this for my 601. this is a military style outside air thermometer used in aircraft. Very simple and easy to install. I found mine on ebay.

That was the type I was thinking too if you want a nonelectronic one. Spruce and Specialty sells them new:

I had a electronic one in my Spryte that read outside and inside temps and was battery powered. I never had to replace the batteries in the 3-4 years I owned it. I think I bought it from JC Witney but I can't find it in their current catalog.

I was thinking of getting this one for my Peterbilt but it is kind of spendy:

only thing is that it's on all the time unless I turn the master for all power off.
