Need you guys to weigh in on oil choices.

chevy 283 in tucker 442. What weight should I use? 10-30 or 0-30?

I run synthetic in most of my new stuff but have not converted anything old like this. Getting mixed reviews and leaning toward conventional.

you should have no problem with a 10w synthetic it will turn over good when cold and build oil pressure fast. for an older engine I would likely recommend 10w40 over 30 ,if you had a good tight freshly rebuilt motor I might recommend a lighter oil.
