During the last couple of weeks, we have followed the events, as they unfolded, around the Bundy Ranch in Southern Nevada. As the confrontation developed, I spent several hours researching the issue, trying to gain an understanding of all the motives involved. As I am an avowed member of the "Liberty Movement", Clive Bundy's motives were immediately apparent to me. As the Patriarch of a family that had been using the land for well over 100 years to graze cattle, his resolve led him to the seemingly audacious decision to question the Bureau of Land Management's propriety in the matter. Based on the results of a bit deeper research, I found that the land in question belonged to the State of Nevada. It was ceded to the State of Nevada as a result of the Gudalupe-Hidalgo Treaty. The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the U.S.-Mexican War. Signed on 2 February 1848, it is the oldest treaty still in force between the United States and Mexico.
All public lands, in the history of America, have become the property of the States (the people, not the state governments) as each state was individually formed. This process was mandated by the Enclave Clause of the U.S. Constitution. There have been several instances where Federal Judges have issued court rulings that were contrary to Constitutional Law in this regard, but those rulings by their unconstitutional nature, were never enforcable and remain null and void. The fact that you are a federal judge does not give you the right to break the law, although many seem to think so. But, as it turns out, it's not just criminal judges that are involved. It goes much deeper than that...
So, as a result of my research I have uncovered a string of highly questionable land deals, which, on the surface, suggest that state and federal government officials, at the highest levels, have been colluding to steal Nevada public land for 1) immense personal gain and 2) to placate the Chinese, to whom the federal government owes $1.2 trillion, and 3) to additionally forward Agenda 21. This research reveals the highly suspicious activity surrounding the Bureau of land management, Cedar Development Corp, Zion Bank Corp and Reid Bunkerville LLC. Harry Reid is just one of many criminal miscreants that are culpable in this obscene dog and pony show.
The notion that Chinese solar generation facilities are a main reason for the BLM's involvement was presented (forget about the Desert Tortoise). But Chinese solar panels play only a small part in the big picture. These events all concern a criminal land grab, a conspiracy. Not a conspiracy theory, but rather a conspiracy fact. Since 2003 I have become aware of a plan which is intended to make the criminally wealthy, wealthier, and more powerful. It is being presented as a plan for sustainability and exploits the faux science of climate change, and other ruses like protecting endangered species to do it.
Man Made Climate Change, a wealth redistribution scheme using faux science, has been called the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on America. This lie has eaten away at American's personal private property using fraud science promoted by the UN IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). These unconstitutional Regional Council's rules and regulations are designed to control the people, not the climate, The climate is controlled by the sun.
Recently, climate Professor, Richard Tol, resigned from the United Nations IPCC. He says it uses faulty science to promote political agendas. Duh!
These "political agendas" are simply the schemes of liars and thieves. Al Gore comes to mind as he was able to bribe his way into gaining the Academy Award for Best Documentary in 2007 with his epic work of fiction, An Inconvenient Truth. It turns out that it was a slimy scheme to rake in millions with "carbon taxes".
Over the past 250 years, humans have added just one part of CO2 in 10,000 to the atmosphere. One volcanic cough can do this in a day. Here, for example, is what Ian Plimer, a well known Australian mining geologist wrote on Australia's ABC Network website last August:

The atmosphere contains only 0.001 per cent of all carbon at the surface of the Earth and far greater quantities are present in the lower crust and mantle of the Earth. So, why are we being lied to? What does the they intend to accomplish with all this propaganda? What ever it is it seems to be working. We all know many people that have bought into this global warming theory. I believe that the concept of depopulation plays a central role in the their agenda, Agenda 21.
