Amazing Slight of the Eye "Trick"?

"Officer the light was GREEN not pink!"

If your brain works normally this is neat. This is another example of an amazing illusion! The last sentence is so true.

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink.




However if you stare at the black '+' in the center, the moving dot turns to green. Now concentrate on the black '+' in the center of the picture. After a short period all the pink dots will slowly disappear and you will see only a single green dot rotating.

It's amazing how our brain works. There is no green dot, and the pink ones don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.

Our brain does play tricks on us.

Oh, my head hurts.

I've had a couple of beers and a 1/2 bottle of wine and I see all kinds of flashing dots depending on which eye I use to stare at the black cross. I probably need to go to bed and try this again tomorrow morning.

The green dot is most certainly always there. Just so briefly unless you follow it you don't have time to see it. It is just a trick. Depending on what I focus on I can see it three different ways. But it is all there the whole time.

Thank the Lord!!!! It wasn't the alcohol!!!!!

I looked at the pink dot & still saw the green one.

This is weird. I gazed on a pink dot and soon the pink dots disappeared and turned into a single green dot but the pink dot I'm looking at is still there.
