Some days a story just pops up and makes you laugh out loud. This is one of those stories.

Famed attorney to porn star Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti. had another bad day in court today.

Fresh off the President saying last week he was going to hold Daniels and Avenatti responsible for the legal fees in the case Trump won last week Trump says he’ll hold Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti accountable for legal fees Mike has had another setback.

This one is really gonna hit the pocketbook. According to Fox News…

Michael Avenatti — the lawyer who became famous representing porn star Stormy Daniels, later served as counsel for a woman whose claims of a gang rape ring run by a Supreme Court nominee were quickly cast into doubt and who is now mentioned as a possible 2020 Democratic presidential candidate — was ordered to pay nearly $5 million to an attorney at his former firm, a California judge ruled Monday.

The judge at the hearing in Los Angeles County Superior Court – which Avenatti did not attend — said Avenatti must pay $4.85 million because he personally guaranteed a settlement with attorney Jason Frank in a lawsuit over back pay.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dennis Landin issued the ruling after turning down a request from Avenatti to have the matter moved to federal court, which the opposing side called a delay tactic.

That has to hurt.

Avenatti has made quite a name for himself among the left with his diatribes against Trump since his picking up of his famed client who allegedly had sex with Trump back in 2006. The problem for him is his name has been turned into a bit of a national joke.

If you recall, he MIRACULOUSLY found someone during the Brett Kavanaugh disaster by the name of Julie Swetnick who had witnessed lots of bad behavior from Kavanaugh and crew including “rape trains” that she was so horrified by she went to more parties where this was happening.

Among the talking heads of left, this might have been the turning point that energized the GOP and conservatives for the Get Out The Vote for their side and mute some of the blue wave.

Now with Stormy’s lawsuit being thrown out, the national democratic party ready to blame him for a possible non-blue wave this news coming from L.A. that he has to cough up close to 5 million dollars has to be a bit of a buzzkill.

If the legal thing does not work out maybe Stormy could get him some work in the movies that she does. I’m sure there is always a role for a creepy porn lawyer character in all those fabulous plots.

Last month his firm was ordered to escrow payments taken in from 52 different clients ...... they are in deep shit and hopefully makes him go away!
