I built this Yesterday... Took a couple hrs. been useing all hand tools..Malco hand benders and such..working HVAC..Doing change outs,,Stainless steel piano hinge is 28" long..The rest is hard rock maple..that was a dropoff from a counter top i installed...The topbar is a piece of maple that was a chairrail left over from a tacobell...I have a 4ft. brake in the shop at home...but thought this would be sweet in the van..I used it today on a install and bent everything i needed from 3/8" to 1"...It worked Sweet!!..just wanted to show it off... http://s40.photobucket.com/albums/e225/BRGT/sheet metal brake/

very nice, and light compared to a steel one, should save your back if you have to carry it around with you.

nice job - and a lot prettier than the homemade job I used to have that was made from angle scraps!
