rubber is easy, if you are willing to drill some holes it is even cheap.

Punched belting is available, it is worth a google to find.

Grousers.
New ones I am unsure. but used ones can be found on craigslist from time to time

I got my pistenbully tracks and grousers from this place and am happy with the service and tracks. they answered my followup questions right away. I got the welded and hardened grousers.
