Just want to extend congratulations to Team USA Women's Sabre team (Mariel Zagunis, Eliza Stone, Dagmara Izabela Wozniak and Ibtihaj Muhammad) as the defeated France 45 - 39 to earn the title of World Champions in Kazan, Russia.

The ladies are bringing home GOLD medals for Team USA :wow:

Team USA lead by two time Olympic and two time World Champ Marial Zagunis, who closed it out 45-39, won their 3rd championship title (2000, 2008, 2014), defeating France.

Eliza Stone attended Princeton University, she is from Chicago (or the greater Chicagland area).
FWIW, Mariel Zagunis was born in Oregon.

And yes indeed we are a nation of immigrants. Thankfully.
