I had this very conversation with my Mom over the weekend. Remember the President who resigned because some of his campaign workers listened in on private conversations of his opponent without permission? I guess there's no precedential value in that, though. Still, you have to wonder how Mr. Obama would respond if someone suggested that he might follow suit.
