can someone shed some light on what yr and model this is? my uncle bought it at an auction and wants me to have it

after some research it looks to be a 4t10, has dual rear ends and the power diverter, has a free ford 300 in it, fluids look ok, has been sitting for 10yrs best guess. anything to be on the look out for ?
