VMC Right Track?

It looks like there are a few VMC owners on the board, and I wondering if some might chime in on ownership and performance experience, specifically with the RT-01. There doesn't appear to be much information online regarding these machines, but what I have found indicated mixed reviews with good performance, but poor reliability. Any truth to that? They seem pretty simple mechanically speaking, so I wonder what the weakness is? The part that intrigues me most are the specs which indicate that the 36 inch tracks deliver a ground pressure of .45 PSI, which is about the same as the Snow Master which many on this board purport to be the best personal powder cat out there. So, if the specs are correct, that would indicate that the RT-01 could be a superb powder cat also, which is my primary use is in back country travel. Any thoughts are appreciated, as always.
