Antique Kristi Snowcat
Orem, UT 84057 - Jan 16, 2010
This was made around 1960. It has a hydraulic suspension and the tracks move up and down so you can traverse side hills and keep the body level. You can read more about them at http://krisitisnowcat.com/ It also comes with the parts from two others that were parted out. I have two extra drive gears. Safety One sold tow of these for $1200 each. It hasn't run for about ten years but had a new engine when parked. Needs new gauges. Will need restoration. The nice one in the photos is not mine but shows what it would look like with new paint.

Looks to be in fairly decent original shape for a Krusti. The last picture is of another Krusti that's been restored.

I live a few blocks from the one in Orem- Utah.

I believe those pics are older.. The rigs sits out back of his home and has been in the same place for 5 or so years that I have seen it. He told me he
has some extra parts and a spare motor iirc. I believe he told me it came out of Northern AZ. or New Mexico
and was a power company owned .

If someone wants some better pics and info I see it almost everyday as I leave town and can stop by for a chat.

It would be great if you could grab some current pictures . I see the tracks have been changed out to 2 belts . They were a 4 belt designed when new . Try to get a few pictures close up of the engine compartment too .
The hydraulic bleed valves for the tilt system are also leaking and will need new gaskets . I have dash gauges to replace those that are bad . The front seat area looks really good for the age .I am betting low hours or those feet cover protectors would be beat to hell . Get the serial number off the alum plate on the dash if its still there .
Thanks
