Do a search for Conveyor Belt Lacing for a local source in your area.
There are lots of different types, might be hard to match up your current joints, but you can replace the whole lacing system if you can't find compatible parts.
It can be purchased mail order from industrial supply houses like GRAINGER, EMURDOCK and others:
I just bought a 36” strip of Flexco 375 for my Tucker. This was the cheapest place I could find online but took a week to fill order. The strips can be broken into any length by 1” increments. You can buy them in singles, doubles, or other lengths.
Our well maintained 2100b came with fine threaded grade5 bolts with the threads only outside of the clips, a washer on each end and a single cinch nut.
My Tucker has grade ? Looks like no grade fine full thread bolts. Not as much wear going on there as you would think. The bolts have been out few times and show no wear.
Not sure you will find a bolt shank that long without threads?
