No one notices much of anything on the subway.
When I used to use jump on the tube in London, or any transit system in the country, there was always someone doing something goofy.
Gosh, I'd love to have been on the Charing Cross to Golders Green tonight heading toward Hampstead.. that's where all the nuts come out late at night.
