repairing double paned windows?

I have a bunch of double paned sealed glass windows that have cracked over the years...

I contacted a local guy and he quoted $100 per sash if I took them to his shop and picked them up, and I had to do at least 3 at a time.

each sash is about 30x30, and they do have the cross pieces in the glass...

anyone ever had this done before? any idea what the going rate is?

I am having new ones made as I write this . # 30"x40" with grids cost me $98 a piece . Labor to remove and install is about $275 for 3 of them
