Are any of you folks Sci-Fi Geeks like me?

I think I've watched every single Star Trek episode ever produced (several times), and that would be for every series from Star Trek to Enterprise with all the various other series in between (Next Gen, Voyager, DS9).

I'm not a fan of Farscape, Battlestar Galactica or Stargate SG1, but love Stargate Atlantis. And am so hooked on Firefly/Serenity that I own all the episodes and the movie.

No I don't dress up. But I have eaten at the Quarks Bar at the Star Trek museum in the Star Trek casino (about a dozen times).

Back at my parents house, I still have the "official" blueprints of the NCC-1701:eek:

I never realized how stupid it was for Kirk to go on the away party until watching the Next Generation.

Now, sad to say, T.V hasn't become a priority. Although I hear Battle Star Gallactica (sp?) is pretty good.

Well being the sci-fi geek that I am, I'm very happy with the new HD channels that I get with the Dish Network upgrade I just had done (and the fact that I pay less per month now is good too).

As part of the new High Definition package from Dish Network (that requires the new ViP 211 (or higher) satellite boxes, I can now pick up UNIVERSAL HD channel and it comes with some great sci-fi shows, and obviously broadcasts them in full HD glory!

In addition to Firefly there are some other great shows including the sci-fi ethics show Century City and a classic sci-fi fun show called Quantum Leap.

Knight Rider in HD :cool2: !! Mr. Hunter? Mr. Matthews?

I have never considered myself a sci-fi geek, but I did enjoy Quantum Leap back in the day.
