I love them alot..
I like to maserate them with a bit of sugar. I may have discovered an interesting addition. Years ago i worked breifly with a Dutch born food science expert. One of the thing he taught me was that in the food industry vanilla is used to "marry" favorings in many foods, and adds a nicet rouch or finish to the taste...
Well I've dicovered that a dash of vanilla along with the teaspoon of sugar atop a cup of sliced strawberries is very nice indeed, or a dudd and I just cann't tell.. Anywho, I am curious as to what the members here would think if they were to try it..
Any experimenters here?
