Cutting up a cow pad

I'm thinking of cutting up one of my cow pads to try a couple things.

A bedliner for the RTV.

A piece to be used as a rubber scraper on my 6' blade for snow removal (so the blade isn't running on the concrete.

Anyone have a good way to cut them? Circular saw? Sawzall? Utility knife?

BTW, if you're not familiar with the cow pads, they're 4x6' sheets of 1" thick rubber that can withstand anything you throw at it. They're used under animals for insulation/comfort, normally in the winter.

Vin,

Can it cut through 1" thick reinforced rubber? The knife would make a cleaner cut but wonder if it would take all day to get through the stuff.
