Largest Snowcat Painting yet. The Red Imp.

I painted this one to sell on ebay. I'm having some second thoughts. Large sure adds to the punch of the paintings. This one is 24x36" without the soon-to-arrive frame. Should look pretty good framed in gold. I added a photo of the last snowcat painting framed to my site. The photo is pretty bad but the frame looks good. Looks like you need all sorts of professional photography stuff to get good oil painting photos. I guess the glare from all the textured brushstrokes messes up the photos.

They look like they are ready to clean off and head out for an outing. Great painting.:flowers:

Thank you very much!!! I remember cross country skiing past these snowcats on what I used to call Snowcat Alley. There were around twelve parked there. When the deep snows came the snowcats were all parked parallel to the trail. It was kind of a special place.
