Hi all, I bought this machine last fall for winter transportation to the mountain cabin. I did a quick maintenance ( fluids, grease etc.) and a mechanical inspection. the 6cyl. ford runs good no smoke, noises or missing. The trans works as it should as well as the oc15 rear end. Also 1- drive sprocket was changed out for a better used one. I put 4- 20 mile trips on it last winter without issue except some vapor lock on the first trip that has been resolved. Track belting is in good shape without rips, checking or rot. a couple grousers need repair or replaced. The tires are good with the front ones foam filled. In my opinion the drive sprockets could last another season but are warn. mechanically it is in pretty good shape. the frame is ok but the body and rear deck have a lot of rust. I bought a tucker with a drive on hauler for next season as my wife can drive it opposed to the skid steer she can not so I'm going to let this rig go with the trailer and international 4700 to pull it with if needed. Cat- $7000.00. trailer $2500.00 and the truck $8,000.00 I will sell the cat without the trailer but not the trailer without the cat. any questions or more pictures just ask. Marty

Marty,

Good luck with the sale....

I find it refreshing to see a listing that is so thorough, and describes the issues that a new owner will have to address, as well as a nice set of pictures.

I wish "Monster Jeff" of ksl.com fame (infamy?) would follow your excellent example.

Nicely done, sir!

need a second tucker?

sexy monster 1542 with the super awesome 318 and 5 spd.

You could race the wife to the cabin?

awesome monster extended cab......

enough sarcasm. but seriously, I do have a nicely distressed fully functioning 1542 ext cab, 1976. nelsoncat test drove it recently and can add comment if you need a second opinion.

I can dunk it is paint for you if you want, but then you would have to add some money......

I hope you realize I trying to have some monster fun.

Anyone have a link to specs for a 603? Didn’t find anything on safety one, google has minimal info. Interested in width, engine and tranny model. looks like weight is 5540 per the data plate.

Thanks

If you don’t mind me asking what did you get for it I’m thinking about selling mine

I traded it for a set of Camso 4s1 UTV tracks that are new ( new cost $5200.00 ) 30 new old stock 1" rollers for a Tucker ( say $50.00 ea. $1500.00 ) 3 Tucker grasser bars ( ? $ 350.00 ). and a rebuilt Tucker steering cylinder (? $ 600.00 ) so about $7600.00 in trade value to me. Marty
