Trying to revive the families Tucker

Hey folks! My father brother and myself recently Purchased the families Tucker! It is a early 50’s 443 back story worked at the family ski resort in Northern California for many years then retired. to Christmas tree hauler. been sitting for some time and will need a bit of love... First of will be addressing the pontoons. Hope to have some helpful insight!

pontoons are lots of work, and with patience, they can be repaired, just about every tucker steel pontoon rusts, party from the fact, they were never painted on the inside and rusted from the inside out, also the welds were not complete leaving gaps and openings for snow/water to get inside the pontoon

as for grousers and rollers that is another story
