This museum has recently received what we believe is a bombardier b12 in bad shape and we need some tech docs to help with the restoration plate is as follows

Much as I hate to send people elsewhere, there is a forum dedicated to the Bombardier B12 and C18 Snowmobiles. Head over to NorthernTracks.com, the forum is pretty small, but its totally dedicated to the Bombardier bus style snow cats.

It aperas to be metal

Yes it's a metal machine. 1951 was the last year they built the "woody".. Here is a pic of a woody with a custom built set of sliders that replaces 3 of the idler wheels. Note the angle of the body just ahead of the door.
