This fits right in with the Bob Evans ..Whole hog Sausage..If you have ever been to a Stockyard sale.. and saw what his buyers buy you would never eat it again.. They buy every hog that has maybe three legs and Systs...and such..that nobody else will bid on...And i'm sure they use the whole hog...Sez it on every pack....We quit buying it years ago...B,:whistling:
