cat ID?

We spied some new work tugs tired up at a local harbor so we stopped to take pictures of them and among the machines in the yard there, I noted this machine. Kinda looks like a BR. Can anyone ID it? Front wheel seemed to be solid rubber and the idlers air filled and looked like off of a truck.

The work boats at the bottom was the original reason to stop by!

Thanks! I looked at images of the Nodwell 110 and yes, it does seem to be the same machine but with a goofy cab.

Sandy (my spouse) found out who owns it and its not the company who owes the dock where its parked. Maybe that's why the door is locked.
