It sure looks like even the Huffington Post thinks that Hillary has been caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar.

In this opinion piece they think that she should concede to Sanders of all things.
It's kind of convoluted to me but the opinion piece is here.

I doubt if that would ever happen but that sure would be a game changer.
I have also read that the Republican party has considered dumping Trump.

That's not how it works. Especially for the Clintons.

Yes, the truth will prevail but it won't matter. Ms. Clinton may well win the Presidency using the strategy of being a "Victim" of Republican persecution.

And the media will support that argument pointing out the GOP has found her guilty of nothing.

He can only pardon someone who's been indicted and convicted and I just don't think that will happen much as I'd like to see it.

How did Ford in 1974 grant Nixon a "full and unconditional pardon, for any crimes he "MAY" have committed against the united states while president," then? He was never indicted or convicted of anything.

How did the trader Carter grant pardons to the cowardly draft dodgers in 1977 if they were also not indicted or convicted of any crimes?


Here's how it will go down, the FBI recommends indictment for Hillary, DOJ does not prosecute, BO pardons her, then she wins the election on a sympathy card because the American voters by in large are ignorant, emotional, idiots who are only looking for free handouts.

I guess I am standing alone here. I think the combination of Trump's message of free trade and the oppressed working class and The Hag's crookedness will prevail in the end. Barely, but Trump will prevail.

Many have been predicting his demise for over a year now. I, for one, am not selling him short. He has a new campaign manager, smart as a whip children and lots of money if it comes to that.

Article II , Section 2 of the United States Constitution states that the President "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States.

Key word being "Reprieve" a reprieve is a pardon handed out prior to an actual conviction.

also, noteworthy, is the fact that only offences committed against the UNITED STATES (the FEDERAL government) are eligible, the President has no authority over individual states laws.

The whole damn bunch in Washington, D.C. Are crooked as a snake! With all her crooked crap the FBI can't charge her, yep the fix is in! Lots of folks have done less and had the book thrown at them. Any bets there is massive election fraud headed for the election? I'm sick of all this crap, time to call a special session and nuke the joint and start over, couldn't be any worse than what we have now.
