Jack Russell Puppies Looking for homes

"The Parson Russell Terrier is a bold and clever terrier, swift enough to run with horses and fearless enough to dig in and flush a fox from his lair."

These are the Parson Russell, they are a bit sleeker and a little taller than their cousin the Jack Russell. This is the longer legged variety.
They are considered to be a bit mellower than some Jack Russells you may have encountered.

We personally feel the PRT is prone to mimic the disposition of its owner, and is directly affected by the environment of its upbringing from birth.

We are not a puppy mill, nor a kennel, although Rose and I have bred Jack Russells on and off for many years.

These pups are raised in home with us and not locked up outside in a cage.
They are loved, held, and cared for all day long.
These little guys are almost potty trained and know how to use a doggy door already. They are a very smart group.

The PRT can go from 0-60.
They can be as mellow as a lap cat, but also need lots of love and exercise.
These are working dogs with a built in job to do.
They love to hunt, and are happy to spend most of a day searching for rodents and small game, but will also be more than happy to cuddle up on the couch with you.
But when it's time to play and exercise, the Jack Russell cannot be ignored.

The PRT is not for everyone.
They are easy to train because of their desire to please.
This is not a dog to lock up in the house all day and leave alone without supervision.
Although, we can leave ours for many hours when we have to go away because they have access to 2 acres of fenced yard to play in.

We are now taking deposits on these pups if anyone is interested.
We have seen these guys fetch $1500 or better across the country, with others who have paid much less attention to breeding, lineage and temperament going for much cheaper.
We are asking $1200 for these boys, but I'll give a $200 break for members here.
$350 will hold the pup of your choice.
We estimate them ready to go in about 2 weeks.
They will be wormed, and up to date on their vaccinations, as well as certified healthy by our vet.
They will also come with a pedigree listing their heritage. (There are some champs in their lines)

Although we can't see crating a pup and dropping him off at an airport to be cared for by anyone but us or you, we are open to do some traveling to deliver or meet up partway.

We are located in Arizona, exactly halfway between Phx and Las Vegas.

PM with any questions you may have, or to make arrangements.
You can also give us a call at 928-275-2287
Thanks,

Joe

Looks like everyone is having a good time!

Indeed.
It's been quite a few years since we've raised pups.
We got distracted for about 10-12 years running a restaurant.
I've forgotten not only how much fun having pups is, but how 5 pups can keep us on our toes!

There are already 4 friends with 4 legs running around my house. I don't think we can manage any more but your pups are sure cute!

Bull is the first one to find his forever home.
He left with a very nice retiring couple yesterday, who are certain to provide him with a great home and lots of love!

Today we met a nice couple who came up from the Phoenix area.
They pretty much had their hearts set on Benny, but when they got here, they couldn't decide between Benny and Oreo.
So to make matters simple, they decided they needed them both!

The hardest part about raising pups, is watching them grow up together, then sending them on their separate ways to never see each other again. (A purely human thing right?)

These two brothers will get to be together, and be smothered in love by some folks who are so happy to have found their new best friends.

1 little boy left.

Quincy found his new parents yesterday.
He will yet be another JRT smothered with love.
Steve and Lisa are a great couple and are going to provide a great home for him.

Quincy is going to be a well traveled pooch.
The couple spends winters in AZ, and summers up in Alaska where Quincy's daddy works heavy equipment in a mine.

Despite all the roadblocks* out there on sites like FB, CL, offer up and others, the good Lord sent us all really good people to make this a successful venture.

There are a number of benefits to this for us.
First, our Abby got to have her biological clock addressed.
Second we got to spend almost 10 weeks with an armful of pups, and tons of puppy breath.
Third, we made a bit of extra money which will most likely go to help with the addition.

But the best part of all, is we get to share our love of the Jack Russell Terrier with people who have a hole in their lives that need to be filled.

Everyone of our buyers had to not so long ago put down a beloved pooch due to old age, cancer and the likes.

*(The PC crowd is really hard on anyone raising and selling pups. Advertising puppies on just about any site other than specific puppy selling websites and forums is mostly forbidden)
