Iditarod started the same time as the production of bering sea gold this year. I was giving rides during the day and hauling crap out to the ice this year during the evening, along with a trip to teller to repair a 750 case dozer and change a water pump on a 966-c loader big fix Alaska eat your heart out I'm a real bush mechanic. got some good shots of a 70 pound fox that run along the bluff with me and a picture of old Iditarod musher Joe garnie's dog lot looks like all the snow in western Alaska has settled on the town of teller. will have to try again on pics maybe doc can fix the system I'm getting a security token error when trying to load pictures

Can't wait to see your pics. A guy I work with went to the Iditarod and volunteered with the ITC. Worked his tail off.

I get the security token error when I try to upload too many pics. Try uploading a smaller number of pics at a time. I don't know the magic number.

No kidding- that fox must be eating everything in sight to get that big! Or someone is supporting it with scraps at night.

I estimate the fox to be about 70 pounds one of the largest I have ever seen

Very large for sure, but they are mostly fluff. Quite familiar with these most likely
About 35 pounds I think the record red fox just under 40 pounds. Great picture!
We used to raise them for urine collection years ago

your right Brad im comparing him to my 70 pound lab I used to have he didn't have so much fluff but to have one that tall at the shoulders around here is quite inpressive
