Interesting that there is a maintainance crew who keeps up with repairs and lawn mowing...

Seems like alot of expence for no return.. I have to wonder if there is more to the story here. I suspect one has to fallow the money trail to find out.

I wonder if they rent it out to movie companies. I think that looks like it could make some money.

Still kind of weird and an eerie flashback to the typical 70's BC towns that I remember.
